Prayer Decree
Lord, reveal to me the small fears capable of derailing my relationship with You and others. Like little foxes they come in as small worries upon worries until they rob my faith in who You are. If given leeway they grow into many forms of fear such as panic and terror…all having the power to paralyze my life. Draw my heart to abide in You and Your Word. The Word implanted in my heart is welling up inside of me enabling me to take my thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ. This is the only way. I submit my self- talk to You and replace it with the Word.
I declare I am one who walks in the counsel of the Lord with a heart of reverence and respect. I am not moved by what I feel, think or see. Obedience is my choice for it is better than sacrifice. May the perfect love of the Lord cast out all my fear as I submit myself to God and resist the enemy. I am no longer a slave to this world. I am a friend of God. I embrace and absorb the love of the Lord. He is love and so am I, therefore; my heart is purified and I love the brethren.
I will not cower and be fearful, but come boldly to the Throne of Grace and find help in my time of need. Thank you for Your abiding Presence which dwells in me and covers my life. Your Word says, “My sheep hear My voice.” Therefore I declare my heart is not hardened and my ears are open to Your words. Amen
