Be Rooted

“So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge” that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:17- 19)
Open Your Heart

Be rooted in love, My Child. Let the words I speak burrow into the good soil of your heart, unlocking doors and removing all hindrances. My words remove the stumbling blocks of offense and stony places of unforgiveness. Therefore, come in to agreement with Me and eliminate any judgments spoken or otherwise, that you might not be judged.

When My Word brings revelation, open your heart for its soil is obstructed by offenses and lack of forgiveness. Judgments have taken their natural course, leaving you open and vulnerable to reap what you have sown. These obstacles function similar to a trampoline, bouncing up and down, preventing the words I speak from finding a resting place.

Love Your Enemies

When you let go of these things, it changes everything. I am aware of all that comes against you, even the offenses taken due to wrong perception. It matters not. I want you to love even your enemies and pray for them. Confidence in what I think will remove the power of misguided opinions over your life.

A heart of faith and trust is the key. Faith enables trust. When you trust Me, the ability to love comes. Trust knows I am for you and not against you, releasing the ability to love, believing I will rectify all things. I am also for those you struggle with. Bless and curse not, remembering all My children are the apple of My eye. Mercy given is mercy received.

Faith And Trust

Faith and trust work hand in hand. Be rooted in the Word. There is always a word applicable for the situation. Find it; dig down deep, planting yourself there. Let your roots grow deep through meditation and memorization. Growth will be abundant when planted in the Word. Be a faithful gardener; nourish the garden of your heart with My Word. Take captive all thoughts contrary to Mine. A positive outcome depends on the captivation of destructive thoughts. Your actions will be determined by your thought life. Root yourself in Me; refuse the lie, and accept the truth. Remember this: it all starts at the root.

My Divine Presence

The more you do this, the greater My divine presence will flood your soul, sanctifying it for My purpose. My presence will saturate and bring forth a life without constant friction, a life submitted to the service of others. Forsake all your own opinions, ideas and justifications. Forsake them and root yourself in My love, which covers a multitude of sins. Find out what I say in My Word. Repent of any contrary thoughts; embrace My heart of love, and fruitfulness will come.

PrayerFather, I let go of my offenses. As I meditate on these principles, I know You will be faithful to show me any judgments or offenses I have forgotten. I root myself in Your Word. I believe. Help my unbelief. I will remove the log out of my own eye so I can see others and myself clearly. Give me new vision. I embrace Your opinion of me. I am the apple of Your eye.

I want my life to be an example to those who do not know You. How can they see You reflected through me if I wallow in offenses that cause my countenance to be downcast. As I come, root my heart quickly; flood my soul with Your heart of love. I choose to forgive any trespasses against me. I release the people You have brought to my memory from any judgments or offenses. I bless them today with a heart of gratefulness. I forgive as I am forgiven. Create in me a new heart. Amen
Reflect and Journal

1. Is there anyone you need to forgive or judgments you have made? Ask for and receive the forgiveness. Release those you have judged

2. What areas do you need mercy in?

3. What areas of your life do you need flooded with His presence?

4. Write your thoughts of love for Him, listen for His response and journal them.
