Word of the Day
Beloved, never wonder how I, the God who makes something out of nothing, which by the way is definitely My area of expertise, can bless you in the middle of anything you are going through. I have no limits…no weaknesses. I do not experience weariness nor does My power and ability fluctuate but is steady and unchanging. There is no shadow of turning in Me and I cannot lie. Take My yes and amen promises for granted and dare to believe and you shall see My right hand do valiantly on your behalf (Psalms 118:15; 2 Corinthians 1:20). Therefore, today is the day…this moment is the moment to rejoice for I have already done great things for you and will continue to do so.
Though the world is getting darker and darker as it draws near the end of the age, I change not. In fact, the darker it gets the more you can see the light…the more you can see Me as I infuse the hope of the manifest glory of the coming age into the hearts of men. I have delivered you from darkness and transferred you…translated you…to the Kingdom of My Beloved Son. Do you know what it means to be translated? It means I have carried you…translated you from one condition and place to another. Your dictionaries define it as being translated to Heaven without dying. Selah
I am taking you from one place to another in many areas of your life…in your emotions, in your physical body, in your thinking and attitudes, in areas where you need healing in the wounded places of your being. I am delivering you from wrongful definitions of what it means to be successful and full of value. One by one the strongholds of the enemy in your life are being dismantled. The more you cooperate with Me the easier and faster it will be.
How do you cooperate? You cooperate by listening to the living Christ in you in such a way that you respond to the promptings with joy. It is not by your own might or power but by the Spirit. Time has come to quit finding your worth in what you do but in who you are in Me.(good) I am teaching you how to let Me live through you in such a way as to relieve you of any sense of shame or guilt for not measuring up. I am translating you from old ways of thinking into to a whole new paradigm shift. Are you ready to let go of law and embrace grace? I hope so. I am showering you with grace as traditional ways of thinking go by the wayside. Today I breathe a new transformative life into every cell of your being. Close your eyes and receive. I am exhaling.
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:13 KJV)
Prayer
Lord, truly You have delivered me from the kingdom of darkness and translated me into the Kingdom of Light. I have indeed been made alive unto God. Because of your richness and mercy I have been saved by faith through grace. There is nothing I can do in the natural to save myself or make myself any better. Everything has already been done for me because of Your sacrifice. There are no limits to Your great love or its ability to keep me. No one can snatch me out of Your hand for I am engraved according to Your undying sacrificial love.
Truly, You are my strength, my hope, and my salvation. Doing well, being somehow better, achieving success or any other worldly idea of achievement does not give me a better place or standing with the Father. All the standing I have is based on the finished work of the Cross. My place…my righteous standing is unchangeable for it is anchored in You Lord, my Rock…in the Chief Cornerstone forever. I shall not be moved.
Though the earth be shaken and the mountains be cast into the sea, I will walk in the yes and amen of all Your promises. All my dark places have been transformed by the light of Your Presence dwelling in me. My thinking and ways of doing and being are also being translated into a beautiful representation of who You are according to Your finished work. My spirit is born again and is perfect like You while my soul man is growing day by day into the likeness and image of the one I love, Jesus. Come and breathe on me…exhale all Your goodness and life changing truths into the essence of My being. Shift everything in me to line up with the Truth. Today and every day hereafter I receive grace…abounding grace into every cell of my being. I close my eyes and receive…I breathe in You. Amen.
Reflect and Journal
- As the world grows darker and draws near the end of the age, remind yourself of God’s faithfulness. He is the light of the world. He has delivered you from the kingdom of darkness and translated you into the kingdom of his dear Son. Journal your thoughts concerning the meaning of being delivered and translated and how those processes reflect in your life.
- Do you ever find yourself wondering about God’s ability to provide in the face of lack or fear of lack? Take some time and assess how much time you spend thinking negatively or speaking the problem and not the answers found in His Word.
- Do you need some showers of grace…some new ways of thinking…ask Him…every good and perfect gift comes down from Him. Let Him breathe life into you. He is near.
