Word of the Day
When I came to Abram, I told him I was his shield and exceedingly abundant reward and you are no different, no exception to the rule (Gen 15:1). What I was to him I am to you. When I spoke these words to him, his greatest dream and desire spoke from his heart and asked, “What reward can You give me seeing I am childless with no heir but my servant(Gen 15:2-3).
To answer him, I took him outside under the starlight and directed him to look toward the heavens and count the stars. Then I spoke to him, “So shall your decedents be.” I gave him My word, My covenant in the afternoon years of his life when all natural hope was gone. In the natural things may look impossible, however there are things going on behind the scenes unseen by you. Moment by moment I am working, rearranging, maturing and then, suddenly it happens and you are amazed.
As I was with Abram I am with you. I am working, rearranging, maturing, and building so fear not (Psalms 118:6 Psalms 46:2). Your dreams and desires, My dreams and desires are in the process of coming to pass. Yes, they are unfolding. Set your eyes on Me and have faith (Hebrews 12:2). I am breathing on your dreams. Who do you think stirred them up in your heart anyway? They are from Me, spoken by Me. Look to Me. Don’t turn to the right or the left. Isaac is in front of you as you focus on Me.
“AFTER THESE things, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram, I am your Shield, your abundant compensation, and your reward shall be exceedingly great” (Gen 15:1 Amplified)
Prayer
Lord Your shield covers me, protects me in the battle. No matter what road I travel You are there to make the rough way smooth and the crooked path straight. You are my greatest dream and my ultimate reward. How awesome it is to know You are the same to me as You were to Abraham.
I choose to look at all the promises given to me, spoken through the Word and by any rhema word. They were all breathed by Holy Spirit and bring life to the dry and doubtful place of my heart. Even though I can’t see some things in the natural yet, they are there and in process. I hold my dreams up before You and with a heart of faith, I lay them down and look to You. As I focus on You Isaac is in alignment with You. There is no other way. I see through You to my Isaac, to my dream. Yes. to the unfolding process. Come quickly! Amen

2. What does it mean to you personally to know Father is with you just as much as He was with Abraham.

I felt the father said to me this morning I am your exceedingly great reward, so I just typed that into Google and stumbled across your web page.
I didn’t even know where the scripture was, and then I read on from what he had said, and it said also in the scripture.
I am your shield, and a couple of weeks ago he showed me a vision of him as my shield, then everything you have written in your blog, was lining up with where I have been at, how amazing.
I had been praying and asking to know him more, and pouring out my Love to him, He is so amazing I love him so much. I pray the father helps me to sharpen and hear in the prophetic in the same way.
