Word of the Day
Abram and Sarai were past their prime into the night time of their lives when I blew across the embers of their hearts, erupting, burning a flame of hope. Have you felt past the prime time release of your promise?
Do you wonder what he thought? Do you wonder what Sarai thought? Could it be some of the same things you think when you ponder the promises spoken in and over you? Did he look at Sarai every day with the question in his eyes pleading, “Is this the day?”
Do you look up and ask with questions in your eyes, “Is this the day? Is this the day of my Abraham moment?” Beloved, My name is Faithful and True (Rev 19:11). You must remember this when the calendar seems to defy My Word to you. Days, weeks, months and even years passed by with no answer to the questions in his eyes, in his heart, yet he did not waver ( Rom 4:19-21 Heb 10:23).
Even if his promise never came to pass his faith would have remained. Like David, he loved me and believed in me no matter what. Don’t give up regardless of what you see or hear from the enemy. Be like Abraham and love me more than the promise. Read Complete Love Letter…
“Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb; yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, living glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform” (Rom 4:19-21 NASB)
Prayer
I will not depend on man or on my own thoughts but on Yours. I give all my questions and their outcome into Your tender heart of wisdom and mercy. I choose to believe no matter what I see, feel or hear. Your Word is the truth, standing the test of time and circumstance. I am not subject to the calendar. All time is subject to You and so am I. No matter what comes or doesn’t come I choose to remain in a place of love, a place of faith. I love You more than the promise. When You come the promise comes with You. Come! Amen

1. Father doesn’t mind your questions. Ask Him and then choose to love Him more than the promise.
Wow, I feel I have failed in this area and let discouragement come in. I think I just need to build on my love relationship with the Lord. Thanks for being faithful in posting these messages that so speak to my heart.
